Programme
1:30 – 2:30: Dog agility demonstration by Martha Preece, K9 Agility, followed by fun competition: best dressed dog and handler; best trick – turn up with your dog and have a go!
2:30 onwards: Live music from local band Seren Las – music from various decades to celebrate the Jubilee! Also including Appleford Singers.
3:15: Appleford residents are invited to gather for a group photo.
4:00: Toast the Queen – a free glass of prosecco and slice of our celebratory cake will be provided.
Throughout the afternoon there will also be:
- -Local beer and soft drinks for sale from the beer tent
- Scones, tea and coffee available for a donation
- Plant stall – bring and swap your surplus seedlings or pick up a plant or two for a donation
- Garden games and table tennis
- Children’s activities – face painting, decorate and make your own crown
- Photo display in the Village Hall
